3.1 What this is. A self guided digital reflection service: ONE analysis cycle of cognitive snapshot, biography, condensed personality, condensed emotional, strengths and flow, plus synthesis and report. It is not therapy, not coaching, not medical care, and not a diagnosis. It does not promise any cure or healing.
3.2 Price and VAT. The displayed one-time price is the final price. Under sec 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or itemised because the provider uses small-business status.
3.2a Payment methods. Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe. You can pay by card. Where Klarna is available for your order, you can also choose Klarna and pay the price in 3 interest-free instalments; in that case Klarna pays the provider in full and collects the instalments from you under Klarna's own terms. The provider adds no instalment fee and no surcharge: the total stays the same final price shown.
3.3 Nature of the contract. A digital SERVICE within the meaning of BGB sec 327 / sec 356 Abs. 5 (CRD Art 16(a)). The paid scope is the one analysis cycle named in 3.1, accessible within a contracted window of 12 months from purchase.
3.4 Right of withdrawal. 14 days, without giving reasons. If you ticked consent (b) at checkout (express early start), the service begins before the 14 days end; on a timely withdrawal we keep a proportionate amount for the part already provided (BGB sec 357a Abs. 2) and refund the rest. If the service has been performed in full and you ticked consent (c) at checkout, the right of withdrawal is gone. Otherwise the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days. 3.5 Crisis pause (goodwill). If the safety system pauses an account during a crisis, we keep your account usable for free for 12 months as a goodwill extension, separate from the paid scope window in 3.3. This goodwill is not part of the paid promise, is not a refund, and does not extend the right of withdrawal.
3.6 Fair use and permitted use. Your access is a personal, non-transferable right to use the product for your own self-reflection. You may not share, resell, or give others access to your account or your results, and you may not use the product on behalf of anyone else.
Misuse. Misuse includes, without limitation: automated, scripted, or bulk access; circumventing or attempting to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or the per-purchase usage allowance; sharing or reselling access; using the product to build a competing product or to extract the method; and any use that damages, overloads, or interferes with the service or other customers.
Suspension and termination. If we detect proven misuse, we may suspend or terminate your access. Where practical and appropriate we will warn you first and give you a chance to stop, but for clear or repeated misuse we may act without prior warning. Suspension or termination for proven misuse does not entitle you to a refund, consistent with our refund terms.
How we detect misuse. We detect misuse only from technical usage signals: counts of requests, the pace and timing of use, and how often usage limits are hit. We do not read the content of your answers for this purpose, and no human reads your answers (see our privacy promise).
Honest use is protected. These rules exist to stop abuse, not to penalise genuine, heavy, honest use of your own analysis. Normal use, including returning many times over the access window, is always fine.
3.7 Suitability. This asks deep personal questions; strong feelings can come up. It is not therapy or medical care, and it is not meant for someone in an acute mental health crisis. These are informed-choice acknowledgements, not a liability waiver for health harm (such a waiver is void under sec 309 BGB).
3.8 Liability. We do not exclude liability for injury to life, body or health, or for intent or gross negligence (sec 309 Nr. 7 BGB). Other liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
3.9 Privacy. No human reads answers or reports. Data on EU hosting (Supabase Frankfurt), encrypted, deletable on request, consent withdrawable any time with future effect. Full detail in the privacy notice.
3.10 AI Act. Questions and the report are produced by an AI system. The Art 50(1) on-screen notice is shown at the first interaction. See also about the AI in this product.
3.11 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use the service (this is part of consent (d) at checkout).
3.12 Consumer arbitration (sec 36 VSBG). We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
