Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear declaration. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The easiest way is the Withdraw from contract button on every page (no login required).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Proportionate payment (digital service that started during the withdrawal period)
You have expressly requested at checkout that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period (consent b). If you withdraw before the service has been performed in full, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the part of the service already provided up to the point in time at which you withdraw, in proportion to the full scope of the service contracted (BGB sec 357a Abs. 2).
How we compute the "part already provided": each stage of the contracted cycle (cognitive, biography, personality, emotional, character strengths, flow questions, synthesis and report) carries a fixed weight that sums to 100 percent (scope version cycle-v2-2026-06-11). The percentage delivered to you is the weighted sum of how far each stage has progressed. You keep that share of the price; we refund the rest. The breakdown is shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm and is sent to you on a durable medium afterwards.
Loss of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the contracted service AND you expressly consented (at checkout, consent c) to the loss of your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
It also expires once the 14-day period has elapsed.
How to withdraw
Use the Withdraw from contract button (sec 356a BGB). No login required. You will need your order id and the email used at checkout. The button is on every page throughout the 14-day window.
