My life was full. I had travelled the world, sat with good people in beautiful places, the ocean or a waterfall never far, a hot coffee waiting on the porch. And something was still missing, and I could not name it. So I sat still and decided I had to know who I actually am, and how much of what I want and feel is really me, and how much is just a pattern running on autopilot. I traced my own footsteps back, and I found out who I am, and who I am not. I built this method to do that, first for myself, and now for you.
I built this after seeing the same patterns follow me through different places, people, and chapters. I wanted a way to understand the pattern without blaming the person.
